that could occur during the training. In order to guarantee optimal operation and reliability of the products and systems, all components have
to be maintained and looked after according to the given guidelines. It is up to the buyer to obtain any flight allowances needed for the
operation of systems within (NAS) National Air Space that has been provided by Aerosight Innovations or those companies we promote;
Insurance: Any operation of systems provided by Aerosight Innovations must be done by persons who have been trained by Aerosight
Innovations or a designated supplier trainer which may be outlined in any purchase agreement. Each operator is responsible to have his own
liability insurance before operating the system as applies.
Limited Involvement: Aerosight Innovations shall assume sole limited responsibility for products produced by our company but shall
assume no expressed or implied responsibility for those products and/or services that we represent for other companies listed within this
website or promotional documents. In the event that a buyer makes a commitment to purchase any product listed in the Aerosight website,
that purchaser shall be notified if the said product is born of Aerosight or an entity that Aerosight simply represents and/or promotes. In the
latter case, the originator of the purchased product shall be the liable and only to the extent that the buyer and provider or services /
products have agreed.
